How to Register
A simple, transparent, and supportive process to welcome you to All Stars.
Registering your child with us is the first step in becoming part of our caring and inclusive community. We understand that choosing the right setting for your child is a big decision and we are here to make the process as simple, transparent and supportive as possible.
From your first enquiry, through to your child’s first day, our friendly team will guide you every step of the way, taking the time to get to know your child, your family and what matters most to you. We look forwards to working in partnership with you to provide a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where every child can feel happy, confident and ready to thrive.
Contact & Visit
Simply telephone or E-mail the setting you wish your child to attend – the Setting Manager will then talk through our availability and session options with you and arrange a convenient time for you and your child to come have a look around.
Famly App Registration
Once you have visited the setting and you are happy to proceed with your child’s place – you will be sent a link to the Famly App – which is where you fill out all relevant information about your child.
Secure Your Place
To secure your child’s place, we ask for a Non-Refundable Deposit:
This can be paid via BACS, Cash (receipt provided), or Tax-Free Childcare Payments.
Settling In
Once the deposit is received, the setting manager will arrange ‘Settling–In’ sessions for your child. Settling in sessions are free of charge.
Start Your Journey!
After the settling in sessions, your child is ready to start their Learning Journey with All Stars and an official ‘Start’ date will be set. Exciting!!
