The Early Years Foundation Stage
The Statutory Framework
The EYFS is the Statutory Framework that guides how children from Birth to Five learn, develop and are cared for in Early Years settings across England. It sets out what children should be learning, how they learn best and how practitioners support them to grow into confident, capable learners. It underpins everything we do at All Stars Child Care Services Ltd.
7 Areas of Learning & Development
Prime Areas (Foundations)
- Communication & Language
- Physical Development
- Personal, Social & Emotional Development
Specific Areas (Building On)

- Provoke curiosity through adult-led topics
- Support through warm, language-rich interactions
