Apprenticeships at Allstars Childcare

Allstars Childcare are a family run business with over 20 years’ experience in the childcare sector. We provide nurseries, after school and holiday clubs to families across Leeds, all offering exceptional care to the children spending time with us.

We help our apprentices learn on the job and provide them with all the relevant training to become qualified childcare workers.

As an apprentice with us you will be employed for at least 30 hours per week with time out to attend college to work towards your qualifications. Our apprenticeships run for at least a year, so you’ll have plenty of time to gain skills and experience.

What is an apprenticeship?

An apprenticeship is a real job where you learn, gain experience and get paid. You’re an employee with a contract of employment and holiday leave. By the end of an apprenticeship, you'll have the right skills and knowledge needed for your chosen career.

What qualification would I be working towards?

Typically, you will work towards a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, depending on your prior experience and grades.

What is the duration of the apprenticeship?

Our apprenticeships run for at least one year (12 months), but can take longer depending on the level of qualification.
